Hello. It’s so nice to meet you!

Welcome to Dyad Psychology. We’re so happy you’re here. We believe human beings are hardwired for healing, and that the potential to heal resides within us, no matter what we’ve experienced. We believe healing occurs only in relationship with others, and we try to help our clients - and ourselves - become stronger in the broken places. We believe this process of healing is a mind-body experience. By working with trauma, loss, and pain, we discover places that have always been strong: places that were never broken.

Who We Work With

  • Individuals working through trauma and attachment wounds

  • People who look fine on the outside and feel overwhelmed on the inside

  • People who want depth, not quick fixes

  • People who “should be fine by now”

  • Professionals questioning “Is this sustainable?”

  • The one who holds it together for everyone else

  • The one who wants intimacy, but struggles with vulnerability

  • The creative who feels blocked

  • People in transition

  • People in pain

  • Adolescents finding their voice

  • Adults navigating change

  • Couples trying to repair or reconnect

  • Professionals carrying too much

  • Students under pressure

  • The high achiever who’s exhausted

No one comes here because life is easy. Most leave feeling more aligned.

Meet the Humans behind Dyad

We are therapists, yes. We are also real people - thoughtful, relational, occasionally coffee-dependent. Each of us brings training, depth, and a capacity to stay present when things get hard. You don’t have to do this alone. We won’t either.

Welcome to Our Space!

A few corners of Dyad… and the vibes they hold.

No matter how traumatic our histories, we are not just bundles of pathology. Lodged deeply in our brains and bodies, there for awakening, lie the innate, wired-in dispositions for self healing and self righting.
